At Development Dialogue we believe it is crucial to get to the ‘root cause’ of an individual’s temperament by providing them with their true underlying motivations, and giving them an understanding of how that leads to their visible behaviour.

Too often individuals are evaluated by their intellect alone, or worse still with assessments that measure only their perception of themselves or how they think others want them to be.

Development Dialogue is a boutique consultancy that promotes the development of individuals through better self-awareness and an understanding of their temperament and motivation. Our aim is to improve quality of life for the individual (or team) and thus increase their satisfaction and productivity in the workplace.
